Quality Commitment

At The Mural Story™, trademarked and owned by Ekam Internet LLP, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality. Every wallpaper strip undergoes thorough inspections by our skilled production team to ensure it meets our high standards before leaving our facility.


TIMELINES AND RESOLUTION

1. Returns for defective products only
- Customers must report the defect within 2 days of delivery
- Required: Photos of the wallpaper for evaluation

- Refund will be initiated within 2 days of successful eligibility for refund and it will take 5-7 days for refund to be credited back to the source of payment - bank account of credit card.

2. No Exchange:
We do not accept Exchange for any purchase.

3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Cancellation not available once production begins

4. Non-Delivery Claims
- Submit claims within 7 days of expected delivery date
- Provide order number and delivery address
- Contact: hello@themuralstory.com

5. Resolution Process
- Quality verification: 24 hours
- Replacement delivery: Within 2 business days
- Collection of affected wallpaper (if required): Arranged by The Mural Story


Important Notes

Made-to-Measure Products:

Since all wallpapers are custom-made to your wall dimensions, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Changes in plans.
  • Post-installation concerns.
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Installation Guidelines

  • Pre-Installation Check:
    Carefully inspect your wallpaper prior to installation or scheduling an installer.

  • Third-Party Installation:

    • While we can recommend local installers, they are not directly associated with The Mural Story.
    • We are unable to compensate for installation costs or errors made by third parties.
    • Installation cancellation fees cannot be reimbursed if product issues are discovered after booking an installer.
