Are there any hidden charges?
When you purchase from themuralstory.com, there are NO hidden fees. All of the prices listed are final and all-inclusive. The price shown on the product page is the price you will pay.
Is there any COD available?
Due to internal policies, themuralstory.com does not offer a Cash On Delivery service.
How does store credit works?
Any available store credit in your account can be used to pay for wallpaper orders placed on magicdecor.com. Please keep in mind that store credit cannot be used to purchase sample orders.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery

Total Shipping Time: 3 to 9 business days. - International Orders: 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination.
